It’s like getting together with a group of your best friends!

• Our gatherings offer mutual support, coaching, and community for HSPs, focusing on sharing experiences and strategies for handling sensitivity's challenges

• intimate group sizes

• I curate ( pick ) group members carefully to ensure that all members will support each other

• monthly meetings

• each group runs for 5 to 6 months

• group members decide on a mutually suitable date and time

• a different member(s) brings an issue to the table for discussion and support each month
